And is it possible to travel to that country using the SOS-state of sabotage passport issued to me by their embasy?or has anyone made use of this passport before?

would like to know if there is anything like {sos} state of sabotage.because i apllied for the passport middle july and i have been sent the passport from austria vienna the capital.but i dont really know how to go about it.so i would like to know if i can come to austria embassy to process the my visa.Your quick response would be highly appreciated.
