If i won a package tour to vienna, can my visa be approved?

If you are an American, no visa is necessary. Just a passport. If you are not, check with the Austrian Embassy - just look at their web site and they will indicate which countries need to secure visas.

If you can show them your tickets, including the return tickets, you can! Call your local austrian embassy to find out more because it also depends on your citizenship!

I think it should but my suggestion -- Talk to your travel agency about this or the one where you were winning a package tour to Vienna, also check with Austrian embassy as others said.
