Did you know that people living in Washington DC aren't allowed to be buried in Arlington cemetary.?

People LIVING in DC.....they're still alive!!!!

I'm not a yank!

i didnt know. but i would know why? do you know?

You bury live people in US of A?

No I didn't..

Well I never!

Arlington Cemetary is for military war veterans, who either died or battle, or served. If a resident of D.C. served in the military, then yes they can be buried in the cemetary, but if you did not serve (or, I assume, if you had been dishonorably discharged) then you cannot be buried there.

SO WHAT'S THE QUESTION?

Yes because it was designed and set up for a National purpose to honor Men and Women who have served in the Armed Services. Not everyday common folk. We deserve to have some places set aside for honoring Service members. They are willing to die for Our country and shoudl be treated with reverance. Do you think that everyday people, should be allowed there. It has been used for well over 60 yrs for that purpose and purpose alone, along with Former Members of Congress and Presidents etc... They deserve it also, no matter what they did while alive. They are set to a higher standard

If you tie their hands and feet together, they would be easy to bury alive!
