What are some ways to travel between Zurich and Berlin?

We want to travel between Zurich and Berlin in August and are looking for the cheapest and/or easiest way to go.

There is Air Berlin (low cost carrier ) which offers one way fares between Zurich and Berlin ( Tegel Airport ) . They operate 3-4 times a day , flight time is 80minutes and Tegel Airport is connected to the city center by bus.

Check under : www. airberlin.com

Have a nice day

You could always take the train. I was just in Germany last month and I got a rail pass from www.raileurope.com. If you are going to be traveling a lot then it is the best way to go. They also have discounts for those 25 and under. You could also go to www.bahn.de to see how much it is for just that train ticket. There are many low cost airlines in europe. The only one that can come to mind right now is ryan air but I know there are others just google it. A friend of mine met us in Berlin from london and she used air berlin and said it was pretty cheap. Oh and I believe there is a train that goes from bern to berlin every day. I got on the train in munich and it had just come from there. Not exactly sure how far zurich is from bern. If you need anything else just let me know.

Train or air.

i'd go with air. it's a long way to travel by train, unless you like being on a train all day. low fares can be found pretty easily. i've seen RT tickets between Dusseldorf and Zurich for as little as $125 (incl tax) on Swiss.

Make your selection about travel method based on convenience and personal preference. You can get good prices either way. Make your travel arrangements as early as you can to get the best deals.
And, don't forget travel medical insurance. It protects you whenever you are outside your home country.
Go to http://www.wavehelp.com/travel-medical/i... and click on the little red phone booth next to Travel Guard. When that next page pops up, click on through to get a no-obligation quote or all the details.
Best wishes.
